1) Two months since our last Free Entry night, we’re back again for more.

2) If you remember, after our first experiment back in July we weren’t sure if it would be a sustainable model. Well, the nearly-a-thousand of you that turned out for round two in August proved us wrong. With bar takings alone, we were able to cover our costs and have a great time while doing it.

3) A big part of what’s special about these Free Entry nights is the crowd: a heady mix of regulars, occasionals and many people experiencing the club for the first time. And those first-timers who ‘get’ the OC will, we hope, become future regulars.

4) So now it’s time for round three! A unique proposal this time: two seriously good DJs flexing their muscles all night long on each side. This is a chance to immerse yourselves fully in the varicoloured sound worlds of two artists at the top of their game, for free!

CC:TURBO! (@ccdisco) returns to steer This Side through the labirynthine encyclopedia of musical knowledge that is her own brain. But if you think this will be a solely intellectual exercise, you’re wrong! CC is more interested in your hips, and whether they’re shaking. It’s a six hour work-out, so limber up!

THAT SIDE

D-UFO (@d.ufo) is one of the heads behind @subwaxbcn and already a sure pair of hands on the OC decks. Check his mix for @themuddshow in Mexico City a couple of years back for a taste of what he’s bringing: sci-fi grooves, vibrant melodies and a bunch of attitude to spare. We can’t wait to hear where he takes us over a whole night.
