No dia anterior, a petição pública, que já conta com mais de 17.000 assinaturas válidas, será entregue ao Parlamento. Manifestação e petição juntos reforçam o peso das nossas vozes, mostrando de forma clara que o Interior não está à venda e que a população exige decisões responsáveis.
A decisão final da APA sobre o Sophia será publicada até 9 de fevereiro de 2026. Este é o momento decisivo para mostrar aos decisores políticos que a nossa resistência é forte, ativa e persistente, e que a cara e a alma da Beira Baixa e de todo o Interior não estão negociáveis. A manifestação acontece antes desta data crucial, reforçando a pressão sobre quem toma decisões na capital.

We are bringing Beira Baixa and the entire Interior to Lisbon!
Not only as threatened territories, but as living spaces, full of history, culture, traditions, and memories that define who we are. We will show that what is at stake is not merely a technical or energy issue, but the human, cultural, and environmental values that make the Interior a unique place worthy of preservation.
On the previous day, the public petition — which already has more than 17,000 valid signatures — will be delivered to Parliament. The demonstration and the petition together strengthen the weight of our voices, clearly showing that the Interior is not for sale and that the population demands responsible decisions.
The final decision by the APA regarding Sophia will be published by February 9, 2026. This is a decisive moment to show political decision-makers that our resistance is strong, active, and persistent, and that the face and soul of Beira Baixa and of the entire Interior are not negotiable. The demonstration takes place before this crucial date, increasing pressure on those who make decisions in the capital.
