Desolated by massacres caused by the neocolonial (and now also green capitalism) mafia, the Democratic Republic of Congo is experiencing one of the worst human atrocities of our time. Mike Ramdell's film Where Elephants Fight takes us to the heart of this war for minerals: a war imposed by states, armies and capital. With new findings of cobalt, the war continues in the name of the green transition – the same ideology that is now threatening the mountains of Barroso.
